1. Broker-consumer relationship

By registering and accepting these Terms, you enter a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Jennifer Jones / The Jennifer Jones Team, LPT Realty, Brokerage. These Terms do not create any financial obligation or any agency or representation agreement.

2. Personal use and bona fide interest

You have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate of the type offered. You may use the data only for your personal, non-commercial real-estate purposes.

3. Restrictions

No copying, redistribution, retransmission, scraping, automated harvesting or other extraction of the data is permitted.

4. Data ownership and monitoring

The data is owned by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and its members. TRREB and/or its members may access this site to monitor compliance.

5. Account security and retention

Keep your account and password private. Access requires a verified email, current Terms and privacy consent, and a password renewed every 90 days. Accounts may be suspended or closed for misuse. Account, acceptance and audit records are retained for at least 180 days after account closure or expiry, and may be retained longer where legally required. We do not automatically delete these records.

Separate privacy consent

I consent to my personal information being collected and used by The Jennifer Jones Team, LPT Realty, Brokerage, and that it may be disclosed to the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) for compliance purposes.
