Realtor Spotlight: Meet Deanna Hutton

Every Wednesday we introduce you to one of the people behind The Jennifer Jones Team. This week, I'm proud to spotlight Deanna Hutton, Sales Representative, and our Agent of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.

How Deanna found the team

Just over ten years ago, Deanna called me. She had been licensed for two years and wasn't doing much business yet. She has now been with our team for almost ten years, and it has been a joy to watch her grow into one of the most trusted agents we have.

Two years in a row at the top

Being named Agent of the Year once is a big deal on a team of about 25 agents. Deanna earned it multiple times!. That kind of consistency doesn't come from luck. It comes from showing up for clients, every single time.

A mom first, and a very successful agent too

Deanna is a mom of two boys, and she balances motherhood with a very successful real estate career. That's exactly the kind of life our team is built to support. Our management team takes care of the administrative and marketing work, so Deanna can put her time and energy where it matters most: with her clients, and with her family.
