Deanna had been licensed for two years, and wasn't doing much business, when she called me just over ten years ago.

She was great with clients, she just didn't have the systems to grow. She was also her own marketing department, her own admin, her own lead generator and, most nights, her own IT help desk. "I love real estate," she told me. "I just don't love doing all of it alone at 11 p.m."

Where Deanna is now

Deanna has now been with the team almost ten years, and her evenings look very different. She has a calendar full of appointments, a team she can call on, and time for her own family on weekends. "I didn't realize how much energy I was spending just keeping everything afloat," she said. "Now I get to do the part I love."

Deanna was named The Jennifer Jones Team's Agent of the Year in both 2024 and 2025. She is also a mom of two boys, and she balances motherhood with a very successful real estate career. Our team supports her by taking care of the administrative and marketing work, so she can focus on her clients while we handle the rest.
