Nothing brings a community together like a Christmas parade and Sutton showed UP this past weekend. 🎅🎄✨

Our Jackson’s Point office team bundled up and spent the afternoon handing out free candy, hot chocolate, and holiday smiles to families lining the parade route.
The energy was pure magic. Kids laughing. Parents waving. Santa in full glory.
This is what small-town Christmas feels like: connection, kindness, and community.

What an extraordinary afternoon inside one of our stunning luxury listings.
Elegance, generosity, and community came together and the impact was so powerful it’s being featured on CTV News tonight at 6 PM. 📺

Our charity event in support of Salvation Army Toy Mountain brought in an incredible turnout. Professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, community leaders, and friends arrived with new, unwrapped toys and left with hearts full.
